We will guide you in planning your custom wedding from initial conception to completion. Our goal is for you and your family to relax and be your own guests at your wedding just like your friends and other invited guests. We will give personalized attention to every detail.

With A Wedding Breeze's Deluxe Wedding Design & Coordination Service, before your event, you will receive:

• Unlimited advice and consultations (via phone, fax, email and meetings) including wedding etiquette.
• Wedding conception and design assistance in designing the entire celebration itinerary beginning with finding the perfect location, selecting the wedding ceremony and reception décor, style and colors.
• Vendor Selection- AWedding Breeze provides pre-screened and quality vendors that can successfully produce your wedding event.
• Island Accomodations & Management-A Wedding Breeze recommends, reserves and manages all hotel rooms for all invited guests.
• Itinerary Design-A Wedding Breeze organizes group activities, tours, meals and transportation for all of your guests
• Catering Management - A Wedding Breeze manages the coordination of all catering/food & beverage needs for then entire length of stay including the rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, and any other catering needs. We coordinate menu selections and food tastings, and ensure that caterers provide imaginative food presentation, creative menu design, all contracted items and appropriate decor.
• Coordination and Scheduling - A Wedding Breeze facilitates all communication to keep the bride, groom, key family members and wedding party on track during every stage of the wedding planning and during the event.
• On Site Support - A Wedding Breeze provides the bridal couple with one or more Island Wedding Specialists who will be present at the rehearsal, the wedding and the reception. We are at the ceremony site for a minimum of two hours before the ceremony. We oversee set-up and remain until the guests have departed.

A Wedding Breeze will achieve these results all while managing and staying within your established budget.

With the A Wedding Breeze's Deluxe Wedding Design and Coordination services, at the time of your event(s), we also:

• Supervise set-up and oversee the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and the reception plus any other welcome or farewell receptions and parties
• Assist with the receiving line, if applicable
• Coordinate and supervise delivery of contracted supplies including the decor, cake, centerpieces, party favors, guest book, limo, boat or other transportation, etc.
• Handle any last minute emergency needs of the bridal party
• Monitor special tasks and desires for the reception including the wait staff duties, do's and don'ts for the band or D.J., post reception transportation and delivery of gifts and clothing, etc.

The A Wedding Breeze's Deluxe Wedding Design and Coordination fee is $1200.00 plus 20% of all contracted services. All of the above listed services are included in this service including the initial consultation, unlimited on-going consultations, site inspections/on-site visits, wedding and reception concept design and coordination, and on-site rehearsal, wedding and reception director(s).
