1. Meet. This is where you inquire about our services by filling out a form online or calling us. We will follow up with a personal greeting call, introduction email and an Introduction Questionnaire. If you don't want to take on an active role in the wedding planning and design process and just want and fuss-free destination wedding, then choose one of our simple yet personalized wedding packages and skip to Step #4. 2. Date. After we receive your Introduction Questionnaire, we call you for an Introduction Consultation where we can get to know one another and you can ask any questions that you may have. If you desire to move forward, we will request you to complete our Exuma Destination Wedding Planning Information Form. Upon receipt, we review your form and schedule an Initial Consultation where we take the time to listen to your needs and identify your ideas, vision, culture, etc. that will make your wedding unique to your personal style and interests. From this point, if you like us and are comfortable with our level of service and if we feel that we can provide you with what you need to plan your dream wedding in Exuma, we will then propose to
3. Engage. This is where we will request an Engagement Deposit of $150 (one hundred fifty dollars) that will be applied toward your wedding package or wedding consultation service invoice. (Please note because of the time and detailed service that we provide, this deposit is non-refundable). We will commence this "Engagement Period" in writing with our promise to provide you with additional planning information, location selection assistance, a personalized wedding budget and cost analysis, 1 hour telephone consultation. Once we have specifically defined what you require, we will prepare a written proposal outlining your wedding in full detail, customized to your desires and reflecting your personal style. After this engagement period, we will ask you to
4. Commit. This is where you choose to marry with A Wedding Breeze. Your signed approval of the proposal will serve as a written agreement/contract. In this proposal/agreement, we will include items such as: package and service details, associated fees, additional fees, project timelines and what we will need from you to get started. Once all parties agree upon all items in this written proposal, you will reserve your wedding date by sending a deposit towards your wedding package or consultation services. This is where "Happily Ever After" begins. If you are choosing a package, then most of the major details have been completed at this point. If you are planning a wedding with our Deluxe Wedding Design and Coordination Services, then this is where full fledge wedding planning begins.

Initial Deluxe Planning Meeting - we want to very specifically define your wedding style, location, ambiance, design and catering likes, dislikes, identify florals and décor to be used, guest accommodations, activities, tours, transportation, celebration itinerary We will provide you with a list of the information that we will require from you.
Initial Concept and Design - We take the details from the initial planning meeting and we perform extensive research and use brainstorming to generate unique and creative ideas to conceive your initial design concept
Feedback - we present our initial wedding design concepts and creative ideas to you and request that all persons relevant to the decision making process be involved in this review process to provide necessary feedback.
Refinement - Based on your feedback, we will modify, refine or expand (if necessary) the initial wedding design concepts and creative ideas to meet your desires.
Concept Approval - At this stage, we will be in agreement that your design visions and desires are being met.
Design Creation - We will compile the list of materials, services and items required to carry out your dream island wedding.
Vendor Coordination - We will provide you with vendor options from our list of approved vendors.
The Island Wedding Weekend - The celebration we have all been anticipating with excitement! We will produce your dream wedding event and manage every aspect of your planned activities and events for your island wedding weekend.
Wedding Concierge Service - We will be "ON-CALL" for you and provide you with the professional service that you deserve. Your lead Certified Wedding Specialist shall be on-call exclusively to you (the wedding couple), the wedding party and your parents. An Island Wedding Specialist shall be on call to answer any questions or make any arrangements for your guests.
On-Going Client Relationships - You are giving us the privilege of being involved in one of life's most important and intimate moments. We don't take that lightly. We are honored that you have entrusted us to help you create your Exuma Island Wedding and make your wedding dreams come true. The success of your spectacular wedding weekend is seen as just the beginning of our relationship. If you need honeymoon assistance, we will be delighted to help you.
