GROOM CAKES
Specialty flavored cakes such as Rum Cake, Black Forest, Cheesecake, Carrot Cake and Piña Colada (a delicious cake filled with a combination of whipped cream, pineapple, coconut flakes and nuts) are available for $50, serving 10-12 persons.
STANDARD WEDDING CAKE
If getting married at a resort, it is mandatory that your wedding cake comes from the resort where you are getting married. The standard wedding cake design is the chef's choice and varies at each location. Special wedding cake requests are an upgrade to your package. Pastry chefs do not provide wedding cake photos. Your Island Wedding Specialist will obtain a quote based on your selected wedding location and the size of your group.
CUSTOM WEDDING CAKES
If you would like to order a custom designed wedding cake with special icing, cake flavors, shapes, hand-crafted flowers etc, we are able to arrange that for you. Just submit a photo of a wedding cake that you would like to duplicate. The photo is then submitted to the pastry chef for a custom quote.
WEDDING CAKES ON THE BEACH
Please add and additional $100 to the above prices for the inclusion of delivery, set-up and removal of the cake table and cake for beachside weddings (not including resorts). If Cake and Champagne only, the additional fee will be $200 and will include delivery, set-up and removal of the table plus linens, napkins, plates, silverware and deliviery of the wedding cake itself. The Island Runaway wedding package is excluded. Special Note: If a freezer or cooler that can accomodate the size of your cake is not available (in order for you to preserve your wedding day memories and to capture the best possible photos of the cake before the icing melts in the lovely tropical Exuma sun!) we may need to rearrange the order of events to immediately cut the cake and make the champagne toast! |

Please note that prices are listed per bottle for catering to beach receptions, private estates and luxury villas. For resort, hotel and restaurant receptions, your Island Wedding Specialist will provide you with their champagne list.
